La talla es un poquito justa, mejor pedir una talla más ya que se puede ajustar sin problema. ayuda a mejorar la espalda pero si cala un poco en las axilas y llega el momento en el que otra vez estás jorobado, la verdad es poco práctico, solo lo uso en la casa pero llega a molestar las axilas y da calambre en el brazo, hace su función pero no es cómodo
